This is a listing of the R .R files that are developed to be as identical as possible to the Matlab .m files in terms of their actions. Note that R and Matlab are different software tools so that there may be slight differences in the output (such as the formatting of results) when R codes rather than Matlab codes are used. These codes are ones included in the R Supplement that is designed to supplement the Mathematics for the Life Sciences text. They are provided in order to assist individuals in making simulations, or in modifying the codes in order to address questions posed in the exercises and projects. The names of these files are the same as those used in the R Supplement. You can obtain a zipped collection of an entire folder of the .R files here
